Two repositioned properties that have driven a 1.5x MOIC to date with a future sale ahead
Langdon Square (26 units) and Briskwood Place (15 units) are two properties totaling 41 units in Roanoke, Virginia. Both were well located but leased well below market under conservative, hands-off ownership.
The properties were repositioned with interior and exterior upgrades, using a professional property manager, and investing in marketing.
Briskwood was sold in August 2024 for about 151% of its purchase price. Langdon was refinanced in June 2025.
Between quarterly dividends, the Briskwood sale, and refinancing Langdon, the investment has generated a ~1.5x MOIC to date, with additional upside still to come from an eventual sale of Langdon.
