Langdon Square sits in the desirable Raleigh Court neighborhood near the historic Grandin Village, with spacious condominium and townhome-style units. Briskwood Place is located in the Old Southwest historic district, within walking distance of downtown and surrounded by century-old buildings. Both were repositioned with interior and exterior upgrades, professional management, and marketing.
Briskwood was sold in August 2024 for 151% of its purchase price, and Langdon during the summer of 2025.
